The Oz is the premier downtown Hoboken building. It’s a steel and concrete elevator building with most units having deeded parking. This is one of the newer buildings in downtown Hoboken constructed in 2003. Units showcase a great open layout with expansive living room and dining room; granite counters, maple cabinetry and stainless appliances. Feel comfortable with central air/heat and laundry in your unit. This building is situated in an ideal downtown location, near the PATH, Washington Street shopping and dining. Working out is even easier with a gym on site for convenient use. As a former resident of The Oz, I can say from experience it’s one of the best buildings in Hoboken.
